Pros : Well located, walkable to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, December, Tofu, Central World, Big C. Many food stalls and massage placea nearby. They also provides scale which it very useful to weighing our luggage. Toiletries, towels, hairdryer, mini fridge are available in the room. The staffs are friendly. Cons : Room not too big, especially the bath room was so tiny. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel near pratunam market. the location really strategist. you can walk to platinum, december, tofu, bigC, centralwOrld, and of course pratunam. this hotel have balcony and fullbody mirror.

I stayed for 4 days at single budget room. It has bathrooms and bidet. They provide soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. You can request to clean room everyday and the staff will change the towel, tidying your bed and room. They give free bottle drink for each room. There was a washing machine (pay 40baht with coin) and drying machine (pay 30 baht with coin) at the lobby. It quite long to wait the machine. It took around 1-1,5 hours for wash and dry. They didn’t provide powder soap for the laundry so we need to buy it at seven eleven by ourselves. This hotel was near with seven eleven, pratunam morning market and pratunam morning market. Also near with racthaprarop station. Overall its good.

Actually this is good hotel and always stay here everytime when visit Bangkok , but Never come back to this hotel anymore before hotel management RE-FORM and give some training to their staff/employee how to serve guest like a hotelier. Some of Staff is rude ,impolite ,especially in frontliner staff position need to be train how to service guest so well. Advice for Ms Natnapha , one of front office staff , please act and give your best service, serve politetly , NO RUDE ,coz good manner is the main power for tourism service activity .NO RUDE ,NO RUDE , need to be trained again to be good a hotelier.

Nicely located close to Platinum Mall and several small markets. Very well positioned but hotel not great. It depends on what you are looking for if proximity ok, if comfort look for another hotel. But rooms are clean though
